Warranty Policy
Replacement Service for Quality Issues (Within 1 Year):
From the date of purchase, if the product experiences any quality-related issues (excluding man-made damage) within one year, STISA offers a free replacement with a new product.
Lifetime Warranty Service:
All STISA optical products are covered under a lifetime warranty policy. Under normal usage conditions, if any functional failure occurs due to non-man-made causes, we will provide free repair services, or offer a reasonable replacement depending on the situation.
Coverage of the Warranty Typically Includes
Material and workmanship defects
If your STISA optic scope experiences a malfunction under normal usage due to manufacturing defects or issues with materials or assembly, STISA will offer free repair or replacement within the warranty period.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper maintenance, or misuse is typically not covered.
❌ Accidental damage:
Issues resulting from drops, impacts, or other accidental incidents are usually not eligible for warranty service.
❌ Unauthorized modifications or repairs:
Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.
❌ Normal wear and tear:
Wear resulting from regular use, such as scratches or cosmetic imperfections, is not typically included under warranty.
❌ Damage due to environmental factors:
Damage caused by exposing the product to extreme conditions beyond its design specifications may not be covered.
